2. Scope of Services

Harbour Academy offers a variety of educational services including Primary Education, Secondary Education, Extracurricular Activities, Personalized Tutoring, and STEM Programs. Details of each service are available upon request.

3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate information during the registration process.
• Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards staff and peers.
• Parents or guardians must ensure timely communication with the academy regarding any changes in contact details or student needs.

4. Payment Terms and Conditions

Fees for services must be paid in advance according to the payment schedule provided at the time of enrollment. Late payments may incur additional charges as per our policy.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the start date of the program for a full refund. Cancellations made less than two weeks before will incur a fee as determined by our refund policy.

Harbour Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of our services.

All content provided by Harbour Academy including course materials and website content remains the property of Harbour Academy and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
